Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer; Commissioners: Brooke Nault, Toni Seroshek, Mar1 Carroll and Chris
Wilson. CM Tanner.
Absent:

1.Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Seroshek moKoned to approve the agenda as wriPen, seconded by Commissioner
Wilson. All in favor. MoKon carried.
2.Consider the following minutes:
2.1 September 18, 2026
Commissioner Seroshek moKoned to approve the minutes as wriPen, seconded by Commissioner
Carroll. All in favor. MoKon carried
3.Old Business:
4.2 Inventory review - OHPC reviewed one inventory box of books. OHPC commissioners will
review a few books to determine whether to keep. Commissioner Seroshek will reach out to
Wright County to see if they are interested in the books that do not pertain to Otsego.
4.3 Cemetery Tour - 6pm October 29th. Commissioner Kiffmeyer was unable to connect with
SOAR. Currently 29 residents have RSVP’d for the event. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will use a
microphone speaker in order to not have to split up the tour into two groups. OHPC will
need a table for cookies / snacks. Monday the 19th Commissioner Kiffmeyer will do a run
through at 11am. All OHPC commissioners are welcome to aZend.
