Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer Commissioners: Brooke Nault, Toni Seroshek, Mar1 Carroll and Chris
Wilson. CM Tanner and Lund.

1. Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Carroll moJoned to approve the agenda as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner Wilson.

2.Consider the following minutes:

Commissioner Seroshek moJoned to approve the minutes as wriOen, seconded by Commiss
ioner Carroll. All in favor. MoJon carried.
3.Old Business:
4.2 Inventory review - tabled for next month.
4.3 Cemetery Tour - Commissioner Kiffmeyer connected with SOAR and they are
confirming date availability. Kelly will have the cemetery write-up at the October mee1ng.
CM Tanner reached out to Bruce Rask to give him a heads up on the tour.
4.4 Prairie Fes1val - Commissioner Nault passed out 18 printed historical Otsego photos
withnarra1ves to use for the cork board display. The narra1ves need to be cut and taped to
the photos to display on Saturday. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will have push pins for the
picture board. Commissioners Kiffmeyer and Wilson will take the morning shiY. C
ommissionersSeroshek and Carroll will take the aYernoon shiY. Commissioner Seroshek will
bring tootsie pops to hand out.
