City Staff are recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #1 to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for mobilization, clearing, grubbing, fence removal, common excavation, embankment &
erosion control.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed,
which amounts to $3,531.17 at this time.
