City Staff are recommending City Council approval of Change Order #3 and Pay Application #4 to Matt Bullock

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for court surfacing, court striping and nets for the sport courts. Change Order #3 is for ADA
truncated domes which were inadvertently left off bid specifications.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the 1% retainage of work completed, which amounts to
$2,908.01 at this time.
