RESOLUTION NO: 2026-81
DECLARING CITY PROPERTY AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
AND AUTHORIZING SALE
WHEREAS, the City has determined the following item no longer serves any useful City function: 2012 Ford F-350 with plow;
and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute §471.345, subd. 17 outlines a municipality may contract to sell surplus property using an
electronic selling process in which purchasers compete to purchase surplus property at the highest price in an open and
interactive environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has met to discuss and review surplus property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the item listed above are hereby declared surplus City property.
2. That City staff are hereby authorized to proceed with the disposition of surplus property in accordance with Minnesota
Statue.
