City Staff are recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #3 to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for placement of pavement, fencing and landscaping.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed,
which amounts to $13,174.25 at this time.
