Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 7:04 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer; Commissioners: Brooke Nault, Mar1 Carroll. CM Tanner.
Absent: Toni Seroshek (excused).

1.Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Nault moJoned to approve the agenda as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner Carroll.

3.Old Business:
4.2 Holt Family DonaJons: Commissioner Kiffmeyer will contact Nick and Jessica to
determine whether the donated desk will fit in the Prairie Center. She will also contact the
Holt family representa1ve to gather historical informa1on about the desk and cuckoo clock.
The cuckoo clock will be displayed in the Prairie Center’s senior room. CM Tanner located
photographs of Otsego from the Bank of Elk River that had not yet been displayed in the
room.
4.3 Cemetery Tour: Registra1on is now available online through Parks and Recrea1on. The
fall newsleYer will include an ar1cle about the tour. Kelly is wai1ng to present the tour
narra1ve to the OHPC un1l she reconnects with SOAR.
4.4 Prairie FesJval - Commissioner Nault will print off (18) 8x10 pics of historical Otsego
photos for cork board to display at the fes1val. She will also print off a list of the contents
that were included in the 1me capsule. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will have a flyer for the
cemetery tour. OHPC members discussed shi]s for the event. Commissioner Nault will not
be able to aYend. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will take the morning shi]. Commissioner Carroll
will take the a]ernoon shi] if needed.
4.5 Fall NewsleOer ArJcle/Cemetery Tour - Commissioner Kiffmeyer’s ar1cle on the
cemetery tour will be in fall newsleYer.
