Call to Order:
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.

Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmembers: Ryan Dunlap, Tina Goede, Michelle Lund, and
Corey Tanner. City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty, Assistant City
Administrator/Human Resources Sabrina Hille, City Planner Dan Licht, City Engineer Ron
Wagner, Assistant City Attorney Richard Hansen, and City Clerk Audra Etzel.
Pledge of Allegiance:
Mayor Stockamp led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Open Forum:
Mayor Stockamp opened the Open Forum at 7:01 PM.
Wright County Commissioner Jeanie Holland provided updates regarding County Road 137 and
Costco, a Central Minnesota Jobs and Training conference upcoming, how the County plans to
use the property purchased in Albertville for a future County facility, and provided updates on
the County's budget and tax levy discussions.
Mayor Stockamp closed the Open Forum at 7:12 PM.
2. Consider Agenda Approval:
CM Dunlap motioned to approve the agenda as written, seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor.
Motion carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda:

CM Dunlap motioned to approve the consent agenda as written, seconded by CM Tanner.
All in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
4. City Council Reports and Updates.
CM Goede said the next Public Safety Commission meeting is on August 18th and she thanked
everyone that worked on County Road 137.
CM Tanner said the next Heritage Preservation Commission meeting is on August 19th and he
spoke with a resident regarding the fiber project. City Engineer Wagner will follow up with the
resident.
CM Dunlap said the next Planning Commission meeting is on August 17th and he will be
attending the upcoming State Fire Marshal Town Hall meeting.
CM Lund said the next Parks and Recreation Commission meeting is on August 181h at the fire
station.
5. Staff Reports and Updates:
Flaherty provided updates regarding the budget meeting tomorrow, the Costco ribbon cutting
event, County Road 137 update, and Public Works Manager interviews.
Etzel said the polling sites are open tomorrow from 7 AM to 8 PM.
