Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 7:03 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer, Commissioners: Brooke Nault, Toni Seroshek, Mar1 Carroll and Chris
Wilson. CM Tanner and Lund.
Absent: None
Open forum call: N/A
1. Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Nault moIoned to approve the agenda as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner
Seroshek. All in favor. MoIon carried 5-0.
2.Consider the following minutes:
2.1 June 10, 2026
Commissioner Carroll moIoned to approve the minutes as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner Nault.
All in favor. MoIon carried 5-0.
3.Old Business:
4.1 Review Inventory - Commissioner Seroshek will have a completed inventory list and we
will begin to go through inventory boxes in September.
4.2 Holt Family Dona1ons - Commissioner Kiffmeyer shared photos of the items the Holt
family wants to donate including a drop down secretary desk and clock. Commissioner Carrol
thought the clock would be a nice addi1on to the senior room. CM Tanner will check into
spacing constraints and if he gets the green light, Commissioner Kiffmeyer will contact the
Holt family for more informa1on on each dona1on.
4.3 Fire sta1on display photos- history highlights of Otsego - Commissioner Seroshek had
already sent Dan Licht electronic files of Otsego barn photos. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will
confirm with Dan Licht that he has what he needs.
4.4 Cemetery Tour - Commissioner Kiffmeyer will have a rough draZ of the cemetery write-
up done by the next mee1ng. She will focus more on memorable women of Otsego including
Belinda Spencer, Margaret Cooley, Mrs. Thorpe and the mother of Jus1n Adams.
Commissioner Kiffmeyer also hopes to connect to the right person at SOAR and will give
them our cemetery tour date so they can block it off in their calendar if possible.
4.5 Prairie Fes1val - Commissioner Kiffmeyer will put up another poster for the cemetery
tour at the fes1val. Commissioners discussed providing the barn photos that will be included
in the new fire department. Commissioner Nault will provide informa1on on the contents of

contents of the 1me capsule. Commissioners discussed making a photo-book of some of the
historical photos on the OHPC computer and possibly crea1ng a calendar to fund the
cemetery tour. MicrosoZ access however is limited so CM Tanner will check with Ben in the
IT department about gran1ng OHPC MicrosoZ access in order to view the slideshows and
photos.
4.6 Fall Newsle\er Ar1cle/Cemetery Tour - Commissioner Kiffmeyer will have rough draZ to
Heidi by next week. Commissioner agreed to hold the cemetery tour on Thursday, October
29th at 6:30pm.
4.Set next mee1ng:
Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (Moved due to Primary Elec1on on August 11).
Commissioner Nault will be gone on August 12th. Commissioner Carroll will be in
Duluth on August 18th. Commissioner Kiffmeyer proposed rescheduling the mee1ng
to August 19th and all commissioners agreed.

5.1 Council Updates: City council gave updates.
5.2 Heritage Preserva1on Commission Updates: None
