RECOMMENDATION:
City staff are recommending City Council approval of Change Order #4 and Pay Application #3 (Final) for the Parrish
Avenue Trail Improvement Project.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Reseeding a good portion of the project was needed as seeding didn't establish to meet project and grant
requirements. Areas needing better establishment were from 90th Street north to just past 94th Street. Much of this
area is commercial. The contractor reworked the soil along stretches that had erosion and prepared a new seed bed
and then reseeded the area. The grass has now established and is acceptable, and all erosion control has been
removed.
The project has now been completed, and this is the final pay application.
