City Staff are recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #2 to Matt Bullock Contracting Co., Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for trail work, concrete placement, zip line placement and Change Order #2. Change Order #2 is for
extra work, which is time and material for removing boulders under the sport courts and replacing them with granular
fill. Supporting documentation is included in CO#2.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed, which
amounts to $7,323.26 at this time.
