City Staff are recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #5 (Final) to C & L Excavating, Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Odean Avenue Watermain & Pressure Reducing Valve Project was a necessary trunk project to provide existing
and future residents with adequate fire flow and pressure. The project has been completed and is ready for final
payment.
Final payment is $9,403.95 for remaining retainage.
