Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 7:22 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer; Commissioners:, Brooke Nault and Mar1 Carroll. CM Tanner and Lund.
Absent: Excused absence: Toni Seroshek

1.Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Nault mo:oned to approve the agenda as wriNen, seconded by Commissioner Carroll.

2.Consider the following minutes:

3.Old Business:
4.1 NAPC FORUM - OHPC commissioners cannot aYend.
4.2 Time Capsule - Time capsule is in Prairie Center. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will look into
adding a plaque in front of the 1me capsule. CM Tanner men1oned ge[ng a picture with
the Mayor for 1me capsule.
4.3 2026 goals and projects - Commissioner Kiffmeyer will work on a Facebook post to
recruit new members to OHPC. Commissioner Nault recommended u1lizing a sign-in sheet
at events such as the cemetery tour where aYendees can check if interested in joining along
with their contact informa1on.
4.4 Holt Family Dona1ons - Photos were asked of the smaller items from the Holt family.
OHPC hasn’t received a response back from the Holt family.
4.5 Fire sta1on display photos - Dan Licht recommended displaying different historical barn
photos from around Otsego as fire fighters oben call the sta1on’s, ‘the barn’. Dan asked if
OHPC has electronic access to certain barn photos. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will check into
computer access for electronic versions of the barns.
4.6 Cemetery Tour - Commissioner Kiffmeyer was able to connect with SOAR who will be
further connec1ng Kelly with the director of teams program manager. Commissioner
Kiffmeyer plans to create a new write-up for the 2026 cemetery tour to focus more on the
women buried in the cemetery.

4.7 Prairie Fes1val - OHPC staff recommended further highligh1ng the cemetery tour; and
barn pictures that will be featured in Fire Sta1on. Pictures of past fes1vals would also be
neat to include especially to see the growth from the first few fes1vals to now. Time capsule
contents and photo will also be displayed at the Prairie Fes1val.
