City staff recommends the City Council accept a resignation.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
City staff received a resignation letter from Holly Blaser from the Utility Billing position, with an identified last day with
the City to be June 25, 2026.
On behalf of the City, we thank Holly for her service to the City and the Otsego community and wish her well on her next
steps.
City Staff will return to City Council with updates on filling the position at a later date.
