RESOLUTION NO: 2026-45
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM COBORN'S
WHEREAS, Coborn's has donated food valued in the amount of $180.00 to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City of Otsego was in support of the volunteers and staff participating at the annual City Clean
Up Day on May 2, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations or real or personal property to be accepted only
with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks Coborn's for their generous donation and for its support of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the food donation from Coborn's valued in the amount of $180.00 has been hereby accepted.
ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 8th day of June, 2026.
