Call to Order.
This mee1ng was called to order at 7:03 PM.
Roll Call: Chair: Kelly Kiffmeyer; Commissioners: Brooke Nault, Toni Seroshek and Chris Wilson. CM
Tanner and Lund.
Absent: Mar1 Carroll

1.Consider Agenda Approval:
Commissioner Nault moIoned to approve the agenda as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner
Seroshek. All in favor. MoIon carried.
2.Consider the following minutes:
2.1 April 14, 2026
Commissioner Seroshek moIoned to approve the minutes as wriOen, seconded by Commissioner
Wilson. All in favor. MoIon carried.
3.Old Business:
4.1 1914 Barn: reviewed write-up. Commissioners approved. Commissioner Seroshek
printed off the photos of the barn. Commissioner Kiffmeyer will send a digital version of the
write-up. Commissioners selected 5 photos to be included with poster. Commissioner
Seroshek will send Dan Licht the JPG files.
4.2 Time Capsule
Commissioner Seroshek had photos taken and developed of city landmarks to include in the
1me capsule. Commissioner Nault had photos developed from fall 2025 cemetery tour. All
the contents of the 1me capsule were laid out and a photo and video were taken of the
contents. OHPC commissioners worked on ge[ng the 1me capsule set up, added everything
and sealed it up.
4.4 2026 goals and projects
4.5 Holt Family Dona1ons
Commissioner Kiffmeyer emailed the Holt family for photos and we are wai1ng to hear back
on the dona1ons.
4.6 Fire sta1on display photos- history highlights of Otsego
Tonight’s walk-through was canceled due to wet pavement. Commissioners are available
June 10th at 6pm for a tour and will see about having the OHPC mee1ng to follow a_er the
conclusion of the tour at the fire sta1on. Kiffmeyer will contact Audra or Ka1e to see if a tour

5.1 Council Updates: Council members provided an update.
5.2 Heritage Preserva1on Commission Updates: Commissioner Kiffmeyer men1oned SOAR is
in for partnering for 2026 fall cemetery tour. Commissioner Nault will send Kiffmeyer photos
or 1me capsule to send to Heidi.
