RESOLUTION NO: 2026-38
ACCEPTING A DONATION FROM THE BANK OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the Bank of Elk River has made a cash donation of $9,000.00 to the City of Otsego; and
WHEREAS, the donation to the City is for the purpose of supporting provisions of community events in Otsego through the
Parks and Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations or real or personal property to be accepted only
with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego sincerely thanks the Bank of EII< River for their generous donation and for its support of the
community; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That the donation from the Bank of EII< River in the amount of $9,000 has been hereby accepted.
