I, James McCoy, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of Fire
Chief for the City of Otsego.
I pledge to carry out these duties to the best of my ability, and will honor and respect the mission,
goals and policies of the Otsego Fire Department.
I recognize the badge of my office as a symbol of public faith and trust. I will serve the citizens of the
City of Otsego with compassion, Dedication, Honor and Integrity; and to uphold the laws and
constitutions of the United States of America, the State of Minnesota, and the City of Otsego.
