BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
Patrick Launderville, Parks Foreperson, will be retiring from the City, with his last day being May 29, 2026, after more
than 20 years of service. Pat joined the City in 2005 and has been here for the growth and changes. Throughout his
tenure with the City, Pat has played an important role in maintaining and improving our parks, trails, and recreational
facilities. His dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving the community have made a lasting impact on
the quality of the City’s park system.
The City is grateful for Pat Launderville’s many years of service and the care he has shown for the parks and public
spaces. On behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department and the City, we thank him for his contributions and wish
him the very best in retirement.
