ORD 2026-06 Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Otsego to Provide for a Change in Zoning Classification for Land Located at 5650 Queens AvenueCITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO: 2026-06 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO TO PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR LAND LOCATED AT 5650 QUEENS AVENUE THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL ORDAINS: Section 1. The official Zoning Map of the Otsego Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the property legally as described as: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 120, Range 23, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 1522.00 feet South of the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 2; thence East, perpendicular to said west line, a distance of 643.00 feet; thence North, parallel with said west line, to the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South, along said west line, to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that part thereof lying North of a line described as: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distant 278.67 feet South of the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence East to a point on the east line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distance 265.29 feet South of the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and said line there terminating. Section 2. The property is hereby rezoned from a R-3, Residential Long Range Urban Service District designation to 1-3, Special Industrial District. Section 3. The Zoning Map of the City of Otsego shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Zoning Administrator shall appropriately marl<the Zoning Map on file at City Hall for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Ordinance. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication according to Law.
