CUII to Order:
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.
Roll Call:
Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmembers: Ryan Dunlap, Tina Goede, Corey Tanner, and
Michelle Lund. City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty and Assistant City
Administrator/Human Resources Sabrina Hille.
1. Interviews for Fire Chief:
Assistant City Administrator/Human Resources Hille distributed materials to the City Council
including cover letters and resumes for each candidate and the interview questions. Hille
briefed the Council on the interview process.
The City Council interviewed the following candidates:
- James McCoy at 1:15 PM.
Andrew Winkel at 2:30 PM.
Upon completion of the interviews, the City Council discussed the interviews of each candidate
at length. The majority of the City Council provided direction to staff to offer the position to
James McCoy with compensation negotiations within the limits of the budgeted pay grade for
the position.
Hille noted that if the offer is accepted, a formal hiring RCA will be presented for consideration
and approval at a future City Council meeting pending pre -employment screening procedures.

CM Goede motioned to adjourn at 4:52 PM, seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor, Motion
carried 5-0.
