RES 2026-27 Approving a Common Interest Community Plat for CIC Number 172 Condo Suites Otsego ClassicsCITY OF OTSEGO COUNTY OF WRIGHT STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO: 2026-27 APPROVING A COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY PLAT FOR CIC NUMBER 172 CONDO SUITES OTSEGO CLASSICS WHEREAS, developer Boyd Dollansky, LLC has submitted application for approval of a Common Interest Community for the properties legally described by Exbibit A; and WHEREAS, the Common Interest Community plat is subject to the provisions of the City Code in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 515B.1-106; and WHEREAS, applications for approval of a Common Interest Community plat are processed in accordance with Section 10-5-4 of the Subdivision Ordinance; and WHEREAS, the Request for City Council Action dated 23 March 2026 prepared by the City Planner, The Planning Company LLC, is incorporated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA: 1. Common Interest Community Plat 172 Condo Suites Otsego Classics is hereby approved. 2. Approval of the Common Interest Community plats is subject to the following conditions: The subject property shall comply with the Planned Unit Development District approved by the City Council as Ordinance 2024-05. The subject property shall comply with the conditions of the PUD Development Stage Plan and preliminary plat approved by the City Council on 22 April 2024. The required declaration and bylaws prepared in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 515B shall be subject to review and approval of the City Attorney. The Common Interest Community plats shall be recorded within 60 days of City Council approval. ADOPTED by the Otsego City Council this 23d day of March, 2026.
