Financing Sources:
•MINNESOTA DNR – OUTDOOR RECREATION GRANT (IF AWARDED)
•PARK DEVELOPMENT FUND #203
•These fees are paid by new development within the City and are limited by State Statute
for use for the acquisition, development, or improvement of parks, recreational facilities,
playgrounds, trails, or open spaces in coordination with the City’s Master Park Plan and
Comprehensive Plan.
•PARKS CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FUND #205
•These funds have been accumulated from local resources (tax dollars) for the ongoing
maintenance and replacement of capital equipment in the Parks system.

Phase 2 projects include:
New Hockey Rink and free skate area
New warming house/restrooms/concession building
New Parking lot west of the ballfields
New off-leash dog park, parking, shelter, RC track, and Archery area
Basketball court resurfacing
Add 4 Pickleball courts
Soccer Field Parking lot paving and lighting
New Skate Park
