RESOLUTION NO: 2025-63
ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AND AWARDING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a solicitation for statements of qualification and subsequent proposal process, proposals were received
from shortlisted candidates, evaluated, interviewed, and scored in October and November 2025 for the Otsego South Central
Water Treatment project. Proposals were received from the following firms and scores were developed by the Otsego
Selection Committee; and

Journey Construction, Inc. 80.0
Magney Construction, Inc. 69.1
WHEREAS, Rice Lake Construction Group of Deerwood, MN is the highest scoring candidate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Pre -Construction Services contract with
Rice Lake Construction Group of Deerwood, MN in the name of the City of Otsego for the South -Central Water
Treatment project according to the contract and attachments approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
