Call to Order.
Commissioner Angie Dehn called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM.
Roll Call:. Commissioners: Angie Dehn, Kurt Baldry, Stephanie McCool and Joe
Tyberghein.
Absent: Chair Kitty Baltos, Commissioners Matt Danzl, and Jessica Schaffer.
City Council: Council Members Michelle Lund, Corey Tanner, and Ryan Dunlap.
Staff: Nick Jacobs, Parks and Recreation Director, Daryl Rausch, Emergency Services
Director, Crystal Moinichen and Greg Hubbard, CRR Team, and Connie Schwecke,
Recreation Supervisor.
1.Open Forum.
2.Consider Agenda Approval.
Commissioner Tyberghein motioned to approve the agenda. Seconded
by Commissioner McCool. All in favor. Motion carried.
3.Consider Meeting Minutes.
3.1 June 17, 2025 Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner McCool motioned to recommend to the City Council to
approve the June 17 meeting minutes as written. Seconded by Baldry. All
in favor. Motion carried.
4.Unfinished Business.
5.New Business.
5.1 Lily Pond Community Engagement.
Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs welcomed the public to the community
engagement meeting and introduced Gabrielle Grinde from HKGi. Ms. Grinde
reviewed the park amenity boards and encouraged residents to provide feedback
and complete the survey, emphasizing the importance of sharing what they like
and dislike about Lily Pond Park. Ms Grinde also asked attendees to review
playground design samples and share their input on those as well.
6.Parks and Recreation Update.
Parks and Recreation Director Jacobs provided the Parks update and Recreation
Supervisor Schwecke provided the Recreation update.
7.City Council Reports.
City Council Member Lund provided the City Council update.
8.Adjourn.
Commissioner Baldry motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner
Tyberghein. All in favor. Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:54 P.M.
