Call to Order.
This meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM.
Pledge of allegiance
Roll Call: Chair David Greeman; Commissioners: Dan Freiberg, Greg Hubbard, Judy Sibert, and
Rossamon Becker
City Council: Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmember Ryan Dunlap
Absent: Loren Green and Kyle Heltemes
2.Consider agenda approval.
Commissioner Hubbard motioned to approve agenda as written. Seconded by Commissioner
Freiberg. All in favor. Motioned carried 5-0.
3.Consider the following minutes:

Commissioner Hubbard motioned to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Freiberg. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
4.Open Forum.
Chair Greeman recognized victims of 9/11 and the attendees held a moment of silence
Commissioner Sibert discussed the Public Safety Commission mission statement and more to be
discussed at the next meeting. The board would like to finalize a mission statement soon.

5.Review received monthly reports.
5.1 Albertville Fire Department. No one present
5.2 Elk River Fire Department. - No one present
5.3 Rogers Fire Department. - No one present

answered questions from commissioners.
6. Set Next Meeting.
October 14th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
** Roadway clean up at 5:30 p.m. prior to meeting - Meet at the Prairie center

Commissioner Sibert motioned to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Becker. All in favor.
Motion carried 5-0.
