City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #3 to Sunram Construction.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for part of mobilization, erosion control, trees, and seeding. Final pay estimate will occur once
vegetation has been deemed established.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed,
which amounts to $16,008.95 at this time.
