Call to Order:
Mayor Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM.
Roll Call:
Mayor Jessica Stockamp and Councilmembers: Ryan Dunlap, Michelle Lund, and Corey Tanner.
City Staff: City Administrator/Finance Director Adam Flaherty, City Planner Dan Licht, City
Engineer Ron Wagner, and City Clerk Audra Etzel. Absent Councilmember Tina Goede.

on —Develop Offer for the Purchase of Real Proberty (MN Statute 13D.05
Mayor Stockamp stated this meeting will be closed in accordance with Minnesota Statute
13D.05, Subd. 3. C-3 to develop an offer for the purchase of properties at PID #118-800-244301,
118-800-244302, 118-800-241400, 118-800-244400, and 118-500-151100.
CM Dunlap motioned to close the meeting at 6:02 PM to enter a closed session to discuss
PIDs 118-800-244301, 118-800-244302, 118-800241400, 118-800-244400, and 118-500-151100
in accordance with Minnesota Statute 131). 05, Subd. 3, C-3 to develop offers for purchases of
real property, seconded by CM Tanner. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0.
CM Tanner motioned to reopen the special meeting at 6:51 PM, seconded by CM Lund. All in
favor. Motion carried 4-0.
CM Tanner motioned to direct staff to make offers for PIDs 118-800-244301, 118-800-244302,
118-800241400, 118-800-244400, and 118-500-151100 in the amounts as discussed in the
closed session, and to authorize the City Attorney to prepare purchase agreements, seconded
by CM Lund. All in favor. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Adjourn.
CM Tanner motioned to adjourn at 6:52 PM, seconded by CM Dunlap. All in favor. Motion
carried 4-0.
