City Staff is recommending City Council approval of Pay Application #2 to Municipal Builders, Inc.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
This pay application is for the salvaging/delivering of piping, removing/installing water supply, installing piping, and work
on the electrical system.
In accordance with Minnesota Statute, the City is withholding the maximum of 5% retainage of work completed, which
amounts to $6,860.00 at this time.
